Call for Papers

Abstracts, in British English on the official template, due October 30, 2026.

Invitation

Submit Your Research

Global Perspectives: Multidisciplinary Approach to the Contemporary Cross-Cultural Challenges invites original research contributions and case studies on all aspects of culture and global issues. We seek innovative work that bridges disciplines and connects theory with practice. Every abstract nominates one of the six programme sessions.

Abstracts are written in British English on the official conference template, which sets out ten short numbered passages — context, problem, gap, aim, novelty, method, data, findings, conclusion and contribution — adding up to 300–500 words. They will be reviewed by an international committee. Accepted authors will be invited to present (in person or virtually) and to submit full papers (5,000–7,000 words) for publication. Full papers undergo a second review and, if accepted, are included in the conference proceedings and considered for journal publication.

A selection of full papers will be invited to a Research Topic in a peer-reviewed journal indexed in Web of Science, on that journal's own terms. Participation without a paper (as observer or poster presenter) is also welcome.

Every abstract nominates one of the six programme sessions. Abstracts are submitted by e-mail to gpconf@mef.edu.rs.

How to submit

Three Steps

  1. Prepare your abstract

Download the official template, in Word or LaTeX, and write in British English across its ten numbered passages — 300–500 words in total, from no more than three authors.

  2. Send it to the Secretariat

Remove the bracketed prompts from the template, then send it by e-mail before October 30, 2026. There is no submission fee.

  3. Hear back from the committee

An international committee reviews every abstract. Decisions are sent by November 7, 2026, and accepted authors present in Belgrade or online.
