About the conference
Welcome to Global Perspectives
The First International Scientific Conference brings together scholars, practitioners and policymakers to examine how culture, broadly defined, intersects with today’s greatest global challenges: from intercultural dialogue and cultural diplomacy to sustainable tourism, AI and digital innovation, leadership, education and heritage. The event is hybrid, held on-site in Belgrade and online to maximise accessibility.

The conference proceedings are published under Diamond Open Access: authors pay no submission, publication or participation fees, and readers pay nothing to read them, thanks to the financial assistance of our sponsors and partners. Publication in one of the partner journals below is a separate route, and each journal applies its own editorial and financial terms.
